Maryland Health Connection

Maryland Health Connection (MHC) is the state-funded organization developed to offer eligibility determination for and enrollment in Medicaid and Qualified Health Plans (QHP). MHC is the only organization authorized to offer Maryland residents health insurance products that are eligible for financial assistance through federal Advanced Income Tax credits. CHS personally provides enrollment assistance for these products.
